Carolina Memorial Park of Concord-Kannapolis is an endowment care cemetery. The principal of all endowment care fund is invested and kept invested and all income earned shall be solely used for the general care, maintenance, and embellishment of the cemetery. It includes, but is limited to lawn care & landscaping, upkeep of water systems, roads, buildings, and other structures consistent in a well-maintained cemetery.
Burial
Carolina Memorial Park of Concord-Kannapolis offers families twenty-seven beautiful memorial gardens for cemetery interments (ground burial). Cemetery vaults protect Carolina Memorial Park interments from the weight of soil.
Entombment (Above Ground Cemetery Burial)
Carolina Memorial Park offers both indoor and plaza mausoleum options for families choosing above-ground entombment. Our Mausoleum page showcases the stunning choices available for celebrating your loved one's life at a beautiful site where healing can begin.
Chapel Options
Carolina Memorial Park offers two beautiful indoor memorial chapels for memorial services. Carolina's brilliant Mausoleum Chapel accommodates larger groups seeking a convenient, climate-controlled venue for memorial services.
Alternatively, Carolina's Acacia Chapel offers an elegant, intimate memorial service setting for groups of fifty or less. Catering can be arranged in this smaller, versatile setting when catching up with friends and family over a meal or hors d'oeuvres is the perfect conclusion to the celebration of a life well-lived.

Carolina offers over thirty-four gardens and monuments for interment memorialization. These gardens are designed and maintained to serve as a place of reflection and comfort for those visiting their loved ones' memorialization property. We take great care in ensuring that Carolina's gardens and monuments honor the loved ones placed near them.

Remembrance Pavilion
Carolina now offers a unique Remembrance Pavilion for interment services in our Skyline Drive gardens. The Remembrance Pavilion serves as a comfortable alternative to tent services in the park. The Remembrance Pavilion's unique memorial experience includes convenient sidewalks and parking to accommodate disabled and elderly memorial service guests. The Pavilion's solid flooring and roof structure accommodate ceiling fans during the hot summer months. Let your family counselor know if your service guests require catering following your Pavilion service.
Remembrance Columbarium
The Remembrance Columbarium is located in a beautifully landscaped setting within the newly developed grounds of Carolina.
Similar to a crypt, but much smaller, a niche is a concrete structure designed to hold one or more cremation urns. These niches were crafted with unique cedar shakes and stonework and faced with granite.
Skyline Garden
Carolina Memorial Park has long set the standard in exceptional memorial property. Skyline Garden is a newly developed garden with a scenic view that provides a unique memorialization.
Heron Columbarium Fountain
Carolina is proud to introduce its newest development, the Heron Columbarium Fountain. These memorial niches are located within the fountain and serve as a peaceful and tranquil resting place for your loved one.
